After old telecommunications cables were found to be leaching lead into the waters of Lake Tahoe, a group of activists, lawyers and locals tried to get AT&T to remove the problematic cables. But the fight to remove the cables wouldn't be easy and it would take more than just sound legal theory to get the job done.
