In the final installment of Youth, Interrupted, Broadly meets with Gavin Grimm, a high school student who became a central figure in the transgender civil rights movement. gavin was the plaintiff in a federal lawsuit fighting for his right to use the boys' bathroom - after crawling its way through a series of appeals, gavin's case finally ended up at Supreme Court, however the court decided not to hear Gavin's appeal. we meet gavin at his home as he prepares for graduation to learn his story and understand the discrimination he and  other trans students across the US continue to deal with.
